Team Chat Code of Conduct

Team chat is a space for coaches and families to coordinate and support their team. To keep it welcoming and safe for everyone, all participants agree to the following.

Be respectful

• Treat coaches, parents, and teammates with courtesy.
• No harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discriminatory language.
• Keep discussion relevant to the team and its activities.

Protect privacy

• Do not share other people's personal information without their permission.
• Do not post content about a child that a parent or guardian would not want shared.

Keep it appropriate

• No spam, solicitation, or unlawful content.
• Remember that coaches and organization staff can see and moderate messages.

Moderation and reporting

Coaches and organization staff may remove messages that violate this Code of Conduct. Any participant can report a message; reporting notifies the team's staff so they can review it. Repeated or serious violations may result in removal from the chat or the platform.
