Terms of Service

Welcome to Majivo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Majivo platform, which helps sports coaches and organizations manage schedules, rosters, team communication, and payments. By creating an account or using Majivo, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Majivo account. A parent or guardian may create and manage an account on behalf of a younger athlete; the athlete's profile is managed by that adult and the athlete does not receive their own login.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Majivo lawfully and respectfully. You will not misuse the platform, including by harassing others, uploading unlawful content, attempting to access data you are not authorized to see, or interfering with the service. Team chat is subject to the Code of Conduct.

4. Your Majivo subscription

Coaches and organizations pay for Majivo through a monthly subscription, billed in advance to the card on file and processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Your plan renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancelling stops future charges, and your plan stays active through the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide prorated refunds for a partial month, except under the guarantee below.

30-day money-back guarantee. If Majivo isn't the right fit, email support@majivo.com within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. The guarantee applies once, to the first paid month of your first Majivo subscription.

5. Payments you collect through Majivo

Payments you collect from the families you serve are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Fees, invoices, and refunds for the coaching or program services you provide are managed by you, the coach or organization. Majivo is not a party to those underlying agreements and does not itself provide coaching services.

6. Content and communications

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant Majivo the limited rights needed to operate the service (for example, to store and display your messages to other members of your team). Coaches and organization staff may moderate team chat, including removing messages.

7. Service availability

Majivo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features may change.

8. Termination

You may stop using Majivo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is necessary to protect users or the service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
