The best coaches we know spend their evenings buried in spreadsheets, group texts, and payment requests — instead of doing what they're great at. Majivo exists to give that time back.
Every hour spent chasing payments or rebuilding a spreadsheet is an hour not spent with an athlete. The software should shrink the admin, not add to it.
Parents shouldn't have to text you to find a schedule or ask what they owe. Give them their own view — and, on your terms, let families sign up themselves too.
Scheduling here, payments there, a group text somewhere else. We put the whole business in one place so nothing falls through the cracks.
Majivo wasn't born in a boardroom. It started on the sidelines.
As the parent of a young athlete who plays competitive basketball, my family practically lives in gyms — traveling to practices, training sessions, tournaments, and camps. Along the way, we've worked with some remarkable coaches and trainers, people who give so much of themselves to helping young athletes grow.
But I also saw what happened after practice ended. The coaches weren't just coaching — they were answering texts late at night, chasing payments, updating spreadsheets, sending Venmo requests or trying to match Zelle payments to the right family or session balance, managing registrations, and trying to keep schedules organized across multiple apps.
The more coaches we met, the more I realized they all shared the same challenge.
They didn't need another app. They needed their time back.
That's why I created Majivo — one simple platform that brings scheduling, registrations, payments, communication, attendance, and athlete management together, so coaches can spend less time running their business and more time developing athletes.
Today, we're building Majivo alongside coaches, listening to their feedback and improving every day.
Our mission is simple:
Give coaches more time to coach.
If we can do that, everyone wins — coaches, parents, and most of all, the athletes.
Thank you for being part of our journey.
