What is Majivo?
One place to run your coaching business — scheduling, teams, payments, and family communication — instead of juggling spreadsheets, a group chat, and a payments app. And your families can sign themselves up from a link.
Who is it for?
Independent coaches and trainers, teams and clubs, and multi-team academies. It scales from a solo skills trainer running privates to an organization managing every team and coach.
How do families sign up?
You share one enrollment link (or show a QR code at a clinic). A parent adds their child — or an adult signs up themselves — in under a minute, and you approve them with one tap. No data entry from you.
Can I collect payments?
Yes. Collect session fees, packages, and team dues online by card, or record cash, Zelle, or Venmo by hand — and issue refunds in a tap. Online payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Can I get reports?
Yes. See revenue, payments, and attendance for any date range, filtered by player, team, or service — great for your accountant, your records, or a club treasurer. Save any report as a PDF.
What does it cost?
Individual plans (training-only or team-only) are $25/month billed annually, or $30 month-to-month. Complete — training and teams together — is $40/month billed annually, or $48 month-to-month. Everything is priced by the size of your operation, never per athlete, and annual works out to two months free. Every plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Is my data — and my families' — safe?
You own your records. Each family's information is private to your business, and you (or a family) can request corrections or deletion at any time. See our Privacy Policy for the details.
What about kids' accounts and privacy?
Minor athletes never need their own login — a parent or guardian manages their profile. Majivo is built for youth sports with that in mind.
Do I have to move everything over at once?
No migration project. Set up your business the way you already run it, add a few families or share your enrollment link, and start — you can bring the rest over as you go.
